Marijuana Academy Instructor Course

Per POST requirements, Marijuana for Law Enforcement Train the Trainer course is required for any Colorado Peace Officer or duly authorized person to instruct the marijuana portion of the POST curriculum at a Colorado academy. 

This course is designed for instructors to teach the Marijuana 101 course at all approved (POST) academies. The train-the- trainer course guides the current academy curriculum and a breakdown of supporting agency responsibilities to help instructors understand the current case law, Colorado Revised Statutes (C.R.S.), relevant issues, and delivery instructions.
