ERPO (Red Flag Bill) Model Policy
Per the requirements of C.R.S. 13-14.5-108(7), POST has created a model policy for use by all law enforcement agencies. This policy may be adopted by an agency in whole or in part, or an agency may create their own policy if they wish. However, all agencies must adopt the model policy or their own policy by January 1, 2020.
