ERPO (Red Flag Bill) Model Policy
Per the requirements of C.R.S. 13-14.5-108(7), POST has created a model policy for use by all law enforcement agencies. This policy may be adopted by an agency in whole or in part, or an agency may create their own policy if they wish. However, all agencies must adopt the model policy or their own policy by January 1, 2020.

Agencies Can Now Submit Job Opportunities to POST
Colorado law enforcement agencies may now request to have their job opening announcements published on the POST website. All requests must be submitted through the POST website.
POST Town Hall Meetings - August 2019
POST Director Erik "Bo" Bourgerie is continuing to travel the state, personally meeting with members of Colorado\'s law enforcement community. This is a great opportunity to find out about POST, about upcoming legislative issues, and to provide feedback.
There are currently four Town Hall meetings scheduled for August.
