POST Rule 8 appeal hearings for Abdisalam Mumin and John McDonald will be held at 12:30, Monday, June 25th, at 1300 Broadway, 9th Floor. If you wish to attend, you must provide a valid picture ID to the reception desk, and you will be escorted to the 9th floor by POST staff.

The Adams County Sheriff\'s Office had an incident involving an overheating Streamlight battery that resulted in a 9mm round "cooking-off." They have offered to share the results of their investigation into the incident with the rest of the law enforcement community.

POST will be providing two Intro to Marijuana Law Enforcement classes in December, 2017. The classes are 4 hours in length and are free to all Colorado law enforcement officers. One class will be in Rifle on December 15th, 2017. The next class will be in Durango on December 21st, 2017. Registration is handled through the POST portal.
